About Dr. Cole
Dr. Cole is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience of improving the lives of children, adolescents, adults and families. My therapeutic approach is to provide caring, supportive and solution focused therapy to teens and adults, using a cognitive behavioral approach. I bring my empathic nature, humor and kindness into every session and I am here to help you foster change in your life. I believe that everybody has the power within them to heal and to become better versions of themselves.
In my free time, I am often found outside hiking, paddleboarding, gardening and generally enjoying the outdoors. When I can't be outdoors, I enjoy baking, reading and watching reality tv.
